Cookies Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences, improve your experience, and provide analytical data to the website operator. This Cookie Policy explains which cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage them. It applies to the sanaitio.com website, operated by Trilenda SRL under the Sanaitio brand.

2. Cookies On This Website

The Sanaitio website (sanaitio.com) is a static informational site. It does not set any first-party cookies and does not embed any analytics, advertising, tag-manager, social-media, chat or fingerprinting scripts.

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

None. The site requires no session, authentication, shopping-basket or load-balancing cookie to function.

2.2 Analytics cookies

None. We do not run Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, or any equivalent service. We collect no aggregated or pseudonymous behavioural metrics through cookies.

2.3 Functional cookies

None. The site has no language selector, theme switcher, user account or personalisation feature that would require a cookie.

2.4 Marketing cookies

None. We do not run advertising, retargeting, or conversion-tracking pixels.

Because no cookies are placed and no non-essential processing occurs, we do not display a cookie-consent banner. If this changes in the future, the inventory above will be updated and consent will be requested in line with Belgian Data Protection Authority Recommendation 01/2023 (equally prominent "Accept all" / "Reject all" buttons, no pre-ticked boxes, granular per-category controls) before any non-essential cookie is set.

3. Other Third-Party Requests

The site loads two web-font stylesheets from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) for the Inter Tight and JetBrains Mono typefaces. These requests deliver static CSS and font files; Google does not set first-party cookies on sanaitio.com through them, but your IP address and User-Agent are transmitted to Google as the request originator.

Outbound links to third-party services (LinkedIn, etc.) follow the cookie policies of those third parties once you leave our site; we have no control over cookies set on their own domains.

4. Managing Cookies

Because we set no cookies, there is nothing to clear on the Sanaitio website itself. You can nevertheless configure your browser to block or delete cookies set by any website you visit; major browsers expose these controls under Settings → Privacy.

5. Legal Basis

Were any cookie ever placed by this site, it would be qualified as follows: strictly necessary cookies under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) and the exemption of Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as transposed into Belgian law by Article 129 of the Law of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications; all other cookies under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), in conformity with Belgian Data Protection Authority Recommendation 01/2023.

6. Retention

No cookie is set, so no cookie data is retained on your device by this site. Should consent ever become required and be recorded, consent records will be kept for the duration required to demonstrate compliance with Article 7 GDPR, and in any case not longer than five (5) years.

7. Contact

For questions about this Cookie Policy, please use the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA). See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. The latest version is always available on our website with the revision date at the top. The cookie inventory above is re-confirmed at every annual review and after every change to website tooling.
